HVCBANK ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF VETERAN BANKER, HUELL E. ALBERTY
AS VICE PRESIDENT AND MANAGER OF NEW CRANBURY LOAN PRODUCTION OFFICE
Hopewell Township, NJ – September 28, 2004 – Hopewell Valley Community Bank has named Huell (Ed) Alberty as Vice President and Manager of the Bank’s new loan production office located at 37 North Main Street, Cranbury, NJ.
The new office opened September 20, 2004.
Alberty will be responsible for developing new banking relationships including commercial loans and other financial services offered by the Bank. According to Bank President and CEO, James Hyman, “the Cranbury location gives HVCBank the ability to respond to the commercial loan requests of companies located along the growing Route 130 and Route 33 corridors that straddle Mercer and Middlesex counties. Alberty’s experience and expertise, as well as local area roots, will be invaluable to the Bank in expanding the bank’s footprint and market share in this community”.
Alberty will provide customers with access to Hopewell Valley Community Bank’s specialized banking products including SBA/USDA loans, residential and commercial mortgages, equipment financing, and construction loans.
Alberty brings more than twenty years of commercial lending experience in central New Jersey. Most recently he was a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for Community Bank of New Jersey, Freehold, and also served as Senior Commercial Loan Officer at the former Midlantic National Bank in Cranbury.
Alberty is a 1976 graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration/Accounting. He served in Vietnam with the Marine Corps, and is a Past President of the Cranbury Lions Club.
